• Retirement plan design and nondiscrimination testing: cash balance, profit sharing and combinations.
• Systems development: updates and enhancements to our actuarial valuation and nondiscrimination testing worksheets.
• Actuarial valuations and government filings for defined benefit plans.
• Made presentation to Minneapolis Pension Council on "IBM-proofing" cash balance plans.
• Managing ING-ReliaStar's pension actuarial services division.

• Performing annual valuations of qualified retirement plans.

• Directing the actuarial functions for ING-ReliaStar's GIC and annuity products.

• Coordinated the development and implementation of the asset and liability projection model used for cash flow testing of retirement plan investment products.
