Many of us at Van Iwaarden Associates have worked for the national consulting firms - or other firms with billable-hour quotas. We believe there's a better way for our people - and for our clients.

We would rather have two people working 40 hours per week than one working 80 hours. Our people are happier, more creative and more fun. We can respond better to our clients' needs because we aren't already overloaded with the day-to-day work.
